My First Coats!

I don't think they are all that great but they are my first ones so I proud!!!
My favorite is the second one.
Please tell me what you think, good or bad. Leave comments on how I can improve them also!!!
I really need tips on how to make the outline smooth.Please Help!!

They are getting better! Still have problems with the outline. I know the one leg is the wrong size. I was having a terrible time with that leg.

I know I didn't do the best on the outline. Any tips??

I have a new eye for my second one. So ignore the eye.

i think with the mane and tail you need to use a smaller smudge tool! and do you open new layers for all the different colours in the mane and tail i found that worked well for me! i open a layer for a base colour for example look at my fire fresian pic ive posted on here i used black as a solid base colour i didnt smudge it at all then i opened a new layer and put white bits of hair in with the smallest paint brush then i smudged it in straight lines in the direction of the hair with the 3rd smudge size from the smallest then i opened a new layer and didi the same with red then the same with orange then the same with yellow! hope this helps and i think your horses are great for your first time i like the first one keep up the good work!!

im not to sure bout how to improve the outline but when you are colouring in your horse try not to go to near the out line and when you use the smudge tool smudge the colours to the edge and follow the outline with the smudge tool but dont go over the lines! dont know if this helps or not

well my lines are already not smooth when I draw the horse.

i would work with the edges more. other then that, looks fine for your first cupple coats
