how in the WORLD do you make a hors's name colored?

I've noticed that some horses names are different colors, like blue and red, and I want to know how, so I can do it too. thanks!

it's from the cards. one of the bm items you get from it. you should be able to find it in black market but you won't be able to buy it with passes. get someone to trade or give you the item. i havn't tried it myself though
