4. Boosted energy levels: By introducing necessary supplements and vitamins into an athlete's diet, he or she can create energy that will improve their endurance. This added endurance will aid them as they push themselves to grow stronger and faster because their overall stamina will be improved thanks to the supplements they have taken.

5. An improved metabolism: Nutritional supplements help the body digest foods. With their improved metabolism, less food will end up being deposited as fat in the athlete's body. This will greatly improve the energy and efficiency of the athlete which will lead to greater results.
